Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Eastern National, a nonprofit partner of the National Park Service. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
- Efficiently process orders, including picking, packing, and shipping within specified timelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse management team to enhance customer satisfaction and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Assist with passport cancellation stamper orders, customer returns, and inventory management.
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms
This is a full-time position with a competitive estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, based on national averages for similar roles.
