Key Responsibilities:
- Food Delivery: Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to guests by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our menu and services.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining room, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Two years of prior front-of-house experience in a high-volume, upscale dining establishment.
- Skills: Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service, knowledge of food and beverage, and a passion to cultivate this skill.
- Physical Demands: May be required to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
Working Conditions:
The Food Runner will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of guest traffic. The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a team environment is essential.
