Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Banquet Server to join our team at The Biltmore Company. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that every event is a success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain banquet and meeting facilities during events, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good condition.
  • Set up and break down banquet facilities, including tables, chairs, and linens.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, including serving food and beverages, and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Work closely with the Banquet Manager, Banquet Supervisor, and other team members to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, providing a fun and friendly experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of six months of related food and beverage experience required.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering world-class guest service.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to exercise great judgment and anticipate the needs of guests.

Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift, push, pull, and carry 50 pounds.
  • Endure various physical movements throughout the work area.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Work indoors and outside in all types of weather.
