Hematopathology Physician

We are seeking an experienced Hematopathologist to join our team at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital. As a key member of our pathology department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our newly established Blood Cancer Program.

• Provide expert hematopathology services, including AP and CP, to support our community hospital practice.
• Sign out hematopathology and flow cytometry cases with confidence and accuracy.
• Collaborate with our team to establish a flow cytometry lab and ensure its smooth operation.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and laboratory efficiency.
• Participate in leadership and directorship roles to drive departmental growth and excellence.

• AP/CP and hematopathology board certification required.
• Leadership/directorship experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Active Florida Medical License or eligibility to obtain.
