We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to Safety Protocols: Ensure a safe working environment by following established procedures and guidelines, including OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations.
  • Maintain a Clean Environment: Clean and maintain assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements, ensuring a clean and orderly environment that projects the safety and health of others.
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Accurately maintain and clean housekeeping equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Dispose of Waste Properly: Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas.
  • Report Maintenance Concerns: Identify and report maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel.
  • Secure the Facility: Ensure the facility is locked/unlocked as required, and secure company assets.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous custodial experience is preferred.
  • Safety Awareness: Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Maintain a friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients, and co-workers.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable to guests' needs and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This role may have physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
