At Next Gen Compounding, we are seeking a skilled Materials Inspector to join our team in the rubber compounding industry.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to inspect and test mixed rubber compositions for conformance to specifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine quality control processes, including MDR, Hardness, Dispersion, and Mooney Viscosity tests.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test mixed rubber compositions for conformance to specifications
  • Perform routine quality control processes, including MDR, Hardness, Dispersion, and Mooney Viscosity tests
  • Enter QC test results into the Quality Database
  • Communicate quality results in a timely manner
  • Safely operate lab equipment to verify dispersion quality
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
