Role Overview

The litigation associate will engage in legal matters related to construction defects. The successful candidate will play a vital role in formulating and executing legal strategies, demonstrating a commitment to producing detailed and compelling legal documents, analyses, and arguments. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents such as pleadings and motions, and representing clients in depositions and court proceedings.

The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and analytical skills, along with 2-5 years of experience in civil litigation. While prior experience in construction defects is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and will be offered a competitive salary, along with a generous bonus structure and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

- Admission to the Florida Bar Association

- Proficient legal research and writing capabilities

- Experience in drafting legal documents

- Collaborative approach to working with colleagues

- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
