**Job Summary:** Manpower Group Inc. is seeking an Automation Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation systems, project management, and technical documentation. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Project Management: Partner with project managers and vendors to prioritize projects, set milestones, and drive schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Documentation & RCA: Influence technical documentation, conduct reviews, and engage in root cause analysis to deliver effective solutions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Represent system/equipment designs to customers and other teams, provide project updates, answer questions in detail, and produce regular, concise project summaries for leadership.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with vendors, engineers, managers, and cross-functional teams, including Fulfillment Center leadership, Launch, Facilities, and Process Engineers.
  • Design & Execution Support: Participate in design reviews, coordinate with internal teams and vendors on equipment specifications, material flow, process design, and site layout.
  • Change Order & Financial Management: Efficiently manage change orders, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to support operations teams.
  • Travel: Up to 30% domestic travel may be required.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in automation systems, project management, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $90-$110 per hour based on location and experience.
