As a Medication Aide, you will be responsible for administering or assisting with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. You will also be responsible for maintaining the medication supply room, assisting with medication cart audits, and providing accurate counts of all medications. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to coordinate medication delivery and ensure that our residents receive the care they need.
