Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to provide specialized instruction and promote a supportive learning environment.
  • Assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with parents to ensure student success.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of a comprehensive education plan.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • Active State certification in Special Education.
  • Two years of experience working with students with disabilities is preferred.
  • A passion for inclusive education and student development is essential.
