We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at King Honda in Auburn, Alabama. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Upsell additional services and products to customers, using a consultative approach to identify their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate and transparent estimates to customers, and ensure that they are informed of any changes or updates to their repair.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of our products and services, and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- 2+ years of experience in a service advisor or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
