Hospital Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Custodial Worker to join our team at Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health.
Compensation:The estimated annual salary for this position is around $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience.
About the Role:This is a full-time, regular position working in the greater Philadelphia region. As a Custodial Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
You will work closely with our facilities team to ensure that all areas of the hospital are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. This includes but is not limited to emptying trash, restocking supplies, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
