We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team on a 13-week assignment in Boston. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who enjoy working with cutting-edge imaging technologies and collaborating with healthcare teams.
About the JobThe successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team in a busy medical facility, utilizing their expertise in radiology technology to support diagnostic procedures. As an Intervential Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating complex imaging equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, providing clear instructions and reassurance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, imaging results, and procedural details.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Current licensure and certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely, with physical stamina to work long periods on your feet.
This assignment offers a competitive salary, with estimated earnings of $$5,100 per week, based on 40 hours of work at $128/hour. Additional benefits include:
