The Department of Corrections is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Nurse Clinician 3 specializing in Hemodialysis. This position offers the opportunity to provide critical care to patients facing end-stage renal disease while addressing their complex medical and psychological needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care independently to patients with intricate health challenges.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to evaluate, plan, and execute comprehensive patient care strategies.
- Engage in consultations with nursing staff and other specialists to ensure holistic treatment for patients with multifaceted medical and psychiatric conditions.
- Design and implement educational care plans tailored to the needs of patients, their families, and healthcare staff regarding end-stage renal disease.
Compensation:
The salary for this position ranges from $38.62 to $53.39 per hour, with morning shifts scheduled on designated weekdays.
Benefits Overview:

- Opportunity to enroll in the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) for enhanced benefits.
