Key Responsibilities

Around the Clock Services is looking for Retail Assembly Specialists. You will be responsible for assembling various products for our retail partners. After training, you may have the opportunity to work with major retailers.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in assembly roles
  • Technical proficiency and ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Understanding of quality control standards
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical fitness
  • Advanced knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 80lbs regularly)
  • Capacity to work consistently with accuracy and speed
  • Must be able to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods
  • Ability to follow assembly instructions precisely
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to meet productivity goals
  • Problem-solving skills for unforeseen challenges during assembly
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Strong technical knowledge and manual dexterity are essential. The ability to follow instructions in various formats is crucial.

Work Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
  • Access to a mobile phone is required
  • Internet access is mandatory
  • Availability to work during specified hours
  • Valid identification is needed
  • Flexible availability for weekends may be required

Tool Requirements

  • Impact drill with at least two batteries
  • Assorted drill bits and adapters
  • Basic hand tools including screwdrivers and wrenches
  • Smartphone or smart device with internet access

This role is classified as an independent contractor position, compensated based on completed work. Earnings vary based on the complexity of tasks. The more efficiently you work, the higher your potential earnings.

Note: The company is open to considering qualified applicants with prior arrest and conviction records.

This position requires travel between various locations. After training, you will be expected to work at different sites as needed. Travel and scheduling may vary.
