About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team at RHA Health Services. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals and families with a wide range of mental health and substance use diagnoses.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments, crisis intervention, and individual and group therapy sessions to support individuals and families in achieving their goals.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual or family.
  • Collaborate with other clinical and professional staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide education and support to individuals and families on mental health and substance use issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices and evidence-based treatments.

Requirements:
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a field related to mental health or counseling.
  • Valid licensure to practice as a mental health professional in the state of employment.
  • Experience working with individuals and families with mental health and substance use issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
