Job Summary

AKS Engineering & Forestry is seeking a highly skilled Survey Office Technician to join our team in Kennewick, Washington. As a key member of our survey team, you will be responsible for processing field data, working closely with project surveyors, and contributing to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process field data and prepare survey documents, including subdivision plats, exhibits, and boundary surveys.
  • Reduce survey data and import/export data for field work using Civil 3D software.
  • Prepare topographic survey maps, including existing property features and ground models.
  • Perform office calculations and support field survey crews for construction staking and property monumentation.
  • Prepare legal descriptions of real property and adhere to company work flows, standards, and procedures.
