About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and bilingual Caregiver to join our team at the Korean Women's Association. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and care to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Your strong communication skills and ability to work independently will be valuable assets in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily activities, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition
Requirements
  • Be 18+ years old
  • Bilingual Korean, Spanish speaking
  • Have reliable personal transportation
  • Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
  • Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
  • Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
  • Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
  • A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
Work Schedule

This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work part-time or full-time (based on your preferences). Caregivers are not required to work a minimum number of hours per week and can choose their preferred days, times, and locations.
