We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Application Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to end-users of our electronic health record system.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, resolving issues and answering questions related to the electronic health record system.
- Application Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and test new features and functionality within the electronic health record system.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with stakeholders to implement changes that enhance the user experience and improve system efficiency.
- Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to end-users, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use the electronic health record system.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between end-users, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the organization.
- Education: Registered Nurse degree required.
- Experience: Two years of clinical nursing experience required.
- Certification: Attain assigned EPIC (Wisconsin) Certification(s) within 90 days of employment.
