Role Overview

As a vital member of our retail team, you will oversee all sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction while fostering a lively shopping atmosphere. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about the skate and snow sectors and our offerings. Sales Associates are essential in creating an inviting environment, acting as brand representatives, and embodying our core principles. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing tailored solutions
  • Delivering accurate product information and insightful recommendations
  • Maintaining inventory and ensuring an organized sales area
  • Efficiently processing transactions at the point of sale
  • Designing appealing product displays
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence
  • Effective communication and collaborative skills
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage and mathematics
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the skate and/or snow industries is advantageous
