Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Manager to lead our occupational healthcare team. As a key member of our management team, you'll oversee clinical operations, develop therapy plans, and supervise clinical staff.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Clinical Analytics team to track key metrics, manage clinical workflows, and optimize patient capture and scheduling. You'll also be responsible for creating a professional and collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork, quality, and patient safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee clinical operations and develop therapy plans that promote optimal patient outcomes
  • Supervise and evaluate clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Manage clinical workflows and optimize patient capture and scheduling
  • Create a professional and collaborative working environment that promotes teamwork and patient safety
  • Collaborate with our Clinical Analytics team to track key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with our DTO and CLT teams to drive business growth and development
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Physical Therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy) from an accredited college or university
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • At least three years of experience in occupational healthcare settings
