Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Methodist Hospital. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in our Intensive Care Unit.
Responsibilities- Apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, and scientific judgment to independently deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes and improve patient satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
- Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
