**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to join our team at Ethan Alexander Group, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of integrated circuits using CMOS/Bipolar analog/digital circuitry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and develop analog and digital circuits using CMOS/Bipolar technology
* Supervise and verify layout and simulation of circuits
* Prepare test plans for the test group and characterize products
* Correlate bench and test results and evaluate circuits at the silicon and application levels
* Document design and development processes

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required, Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) preferred with emphasis on Digital and Analog Integrated Circuit (IC) Design
* Minimum 8+ years of experience in IC Design, Solid understanding of analog and digital design, Verilog, and familiarity with device physics
