Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Envision Ohio. As a Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing mental health services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic assessments to identify strengths, concerns, and needs of clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address client needs.
  • Facilitate communication with community mental health services and other relevant parties to ensure continuity of care.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients.
  • Complete and maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
  • Meet productivity standards and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Clinical Counseling or Social Work.
  • Current licensure as a LPCC, PCC, LPC, PC, LSW, or LISW with the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Work, and Marriage and Family Board.
  • At least 2 years of experience in providing mental health therapy, preferably with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 5 points on driving record.
  • Insured, reliable vehicle for on-the-job use.
