Puzzle Pieces, LLC: A Collaborative Approach to Pediatric Mental Health

We are seeking a part-time licensed mental health clinician to join our interdisciplinary team at Puzzle Pieces, LLC. Our practice provides respectful, neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered support to children ages 12 and younger with a range of pediatric mental health and developmental needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health needs of children and their families.
  • Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy to support children reaching their goals.
  • Work closely with parents, guardians, teachers, and others involved to create a collaborative and supportive network for the child.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records using our electronic health records system.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and internal professional development to enhance our understanding of the families we serve.
  • Engage in regular clinical supervision in a 1:1 or small group setting.
Requirements:
  • A Doctoral or Master's degree in a mental health field from an accredited graduate program, and a license for independent practice in Massachusetts (Licensed Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, LMHC).
  • Passion for working with children and families, with experience with neurodiverse children preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to be a true team player with our interdisciplinary team and execute strong communication skills.
