About the Role

CKC OPERATIONS, LLC is seeking an experienced Asphalt Dirt Foreman to oversee our asphalt paving operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the operation and upkeep of heavy machinery essential for preparing surfaces for asphalt application. Your primary duties will involve grading, leveling, and compacting soil and gravel to create a solid foundation for asphalt installation.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain heavy machinery such as bulldozers, graders, compactors, and rollers.
  • Grade and level soil and gravel surfaces in accordance with project specifications.
  • Compact surfaces to ensure proper drainage and structural integrity.
  • Collaborate with the paving team to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols consistently.
