Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Holmes Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting a safe and healthy environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an approved school of nursing.
- Current Florida RN license.
- Current AHA BLS/CPR certification.
- Ability to work in diverse nursing environments, including Orthopedics, Telemetry, ICU, and Medical Oncology.
This position is located at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, Florida. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent patient care.
