Job Opportunity:

Diverse Lynx, a leading Healthcare Staffing agency, is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team.

About the Role:
As a Speech Pathologist with our organization, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing effective care plans, and providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their communication and swallowing needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patient goals and objectives.
  • Provide evidence-based treatment to patients, including speech and language therapy, to improve their communication and swallowing abilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a California Speech Therapy license and current BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards. A Certificate of Clinical Competence is also required.
