  • Utilize production tools such as forklifts, hand trucks, and man lifts effectively.
  • Service or repair mechanical systems as required.
  • Accurately document service and installation activities.
  • Adhere to safety regulations in compliance with OSHA and ANSI standards.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
  • Address issues with non-conforming products.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to resolve equipment challenges.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • May be required to respond to service calls.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 3-4 years of mechanical experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic systems, valve assembly, hydraulic hose assembly, routing, and testing.
  • Understanding of JIC, NPT, and fastener thread specifications.
  • Certifications in crane operation and rigging are mandatory.
  • Basic skills in electrical hook-ups.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Physically capable of performing tasks that involve bending, lifting, and operating machinery.
  • Able to work at heights, in diverse weather conditions, and in noisy settings.
  • Capacity to lift and carry heavy items.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily operates in an assembly facility with some time spent in a warehouse setting.
  • Exposure to a noisy environment with potential risks from hazardous materials and extreme temperatures.
