Residential Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team at CN Guidance & Counseling Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing supportive counseling, ADL training, crisis intervention, and restorative services to individuals with psychiatric disabilities.

• Provide counseling, behavioral interventions, restorative services, assistance in negotiating community activities, and crisis management services to residents.
• Monitor, train, and assist residents in household maintenance activities to ensure a clean, safe, and homelike environment.
• Conduct fire safety training activities and ensure fire drills are conducted in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Document interactions with residents in accordance with agency policies and standards.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum based on experience.

• High School Diploma
• At least 5 years of experience in a mental health-related field (preferred)
