Eye Care Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Eye Care Technician to assist our team at FAMILY OPTOMETRY CARE PC. As an Ophthalmic Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our doctors in-office procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and obtain medical history and relevant information for their visit
  • Conduct initial assessments and record findings
  • Assist with in-office procedures as needed
  • Educate patients on eye health and best practices
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience desired
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
