Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial information for clients, including tax returns and other financial documents
  • Maintain client relationships and communicate with clients regarding their tax-related inquiries
  • Oversee the work of internal staff and ensure high-quality work is conducted and delivered to clients
  • Collaborate with partners and managers to ensure seamless client service delivery and alignment with overall firm objectives
  • Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to develop proactive tax planning strategies for clients
  • Communicate complex tax concepts and strategies to clients and prepare presentations to clients on tax-related matters
  • Review and oversee the preparation of tax returns to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and adherence to internal quality control standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in tax software, including CCH Prosystem FX, Axcess Tax, and Checkpoint for Tax Research
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
