The Indiana University Health Physicians, in collaboration with the Indiana University School of Medicine, is seeking a qualified Pediatric Anesthesiologist to enhance our esteemed team at Riley Children's Health, recognized nationally for excellence in pediatric care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of clinical policies that align with the objectives of IU Health Physicians.
- Support the management team by providing clinical insights for daily operational functions.
- Engage in the assessment and approval processes for clinical protocols aimed at optimizing patient care within the institution.
- Facilitate educational initiatives for physicians to enhance their clinical competencies.
- Actively participate in initiatives to improve resource utilization and quality assurance within the pediatric anesthesiology specialty.
- Deliver direct patient care with a focus on pediatric anesthesia.

Qualifications:
