Role Summary:

Are you passionate about golf and eager to work in a picturesque environment? This is your opportunity to begin a career in golf course groundskeeping. The Golf Course Groundskeeper role reports to the Course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent, contributing to an exceptional golfing experience for our members and guests. The work environment is dynamic, safe, and enjoyable, and we are open to training individuals with no prior experience in golf course maintenance.

This is a seasonal role available from spring through fall, contingent on weather conditions. Both full-time and part-time positions are offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the golf course, including mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough areas, as well as managing landscaping and water features using various equipment.
• Perform hand watering, irrigation maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee bunker maintenance and upkeep.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Operate company vehicles, including lawn mowers, utility carts, and other machinery.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of performing physical tasks in varying weather conditions
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt with guidance from supervisors
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
