Job Description

Omni Inclusive is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist (Senior Level) to join our team in Torrance, CA. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting user problems at the desktop, independently resolving hardware break-fix issues, network connectivity, and application-related questions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate system potential by testing compatibility of new programs with existing programs.
  • Evaluate expansions or enhancements by studying workload and capacity of computer systems.
  • Achieve computer system objectives by gathering pertinent data, identifying and evaluating options, recommending a course of action.
Requirements:
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to present technical information effectively.
  • Process improvement skills.
Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year.
