**Job Summary:**
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at North Shore Place, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services to our residents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Administer medications to residents in compliance with Federal and State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
* Conduct admissions assessments and documentation for new residents.
* Develop and implement acute and long-term care plans or service plans for residents.
* Monitor and track clinical systems, such as wound care and infection control, under the direction of the director.
* Provide health-related consultations and education to residents and staff.
* Maintain accurate and confidential resident records and documentation.
* Collaborate with physicians, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure resident care and well-being.
* Participate in emergency response and maintain a safe working environment.
* Attend training, in-service, and staff meetings to stay up-to-date on best practices and company policies.
**Requirements:**
* Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of practice.
* Experience in long-term care or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
