Product Architect

Ignite Fueling Innovation is seeking a highly skilled Product Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our application architecture, ensuring it meets the needs of our business and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Scale our application to support additional users and components
  • Integrate modernized authentication and authorization services
  • Maintain a deep understanding of enterprise and program-level architecture
  • Liaise with business analysts to develop solutions that meet business needs
  • Collaborate with the SecDevOps team to onboard new applications to the cloud-based infrastructure
  • Evangelize the developed solution to team members and assist in completion of tasks
  • Perform architecture design and reviews to ensure initiatives are aligned with future state
  • Design solutions in a Multi-Tenant Cloud Architecture that will support legacy.NET, Java, and COTS client/server applications
  • Identify risks, opportunities, compliance issues, or other architectural concerns
  • Participate in Agile Scrum sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations, and retrospectives
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with Object Oriented Design and Development (OODD), Domain Driven Design (DDD), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Micro-Services, and client/server architecture
  • Experience in Angular, Java, Micro-Services, and client/server architecture
  • Experience in systems development, systems integration, application design, and working with Business Analysts and UI/UX developers
  • Designing APIs and microservices using Spring Boot that integrate with the UI
  • Experience with a variety of technologies, including Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring framework, Hibernate, JPA, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL Server, Jenkins, GitLab, CloudBees, Docker, Kubernetes, CloudFormation, Terraform, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, and Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment tools
  • Collaborate with Developers, Program Managers, Testers, and Production Support Engineers to implement innovative technical solutions

As a U.S. Citizen, you must be able to pass a CBP background investigation, which includes a 3-year check for felony convictions, a 1-year check for illegal drug use, and a 1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline is required.
