Nurse Specialist

At All Ways Caring HomeCare, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.
Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to clients in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
- Accurately document nursing actions, client health status, and communicate with family members and physicians.
- Monitor client progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform physicians, case managers, and families of changes in client condition and needs.
- Administer medications and manage medication regimens as needed.
- Provide health education and training to clients and their families, promoting self-care techniques and safety measures.
- Conduct nursing assessments and report incidents as required.
- Follow policies and procedures, adhering to regulatory standards and company guidelines.
- Use safe body mechanics to prevent personal injury and maintain confidentiality of client-related information.
- May be required to work on-call, weekends, and holidays to meet client needs.
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
- One or more years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
- Current and unrestricted registration and license in the state of operation.
- CPR professional certification.
- General knowledge of computers and ability to learn industry-specific software and documentation applications.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to develop critical thinking skills, research situations, and solve complex problems.
