We are collaborating with a prestigious AmLaw firm in search of a mid-level attorney with expertise in Personal Injury law to enhance their legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a diverse caseload while effectively collaborating with senior attorneys as necessary.
- Conduct and defend depositions, and liaise with expert witnesses when required.
- Prepare legal documents, respond to discovery requests, and represent clients in court.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
