About the Job: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandise Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of merchandise.

Job Overview: The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise to retail stores and direct sales customers.

Key Tasks:

  • Receives and stocks inbound merchandise from vendors.
  • Inspects incoming or returned merchandise.
  • Picks, packs, and ships orders accurately within scheduled time frames.
  • Maintains an acceptable level of attendance.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 1-3 years of warehouse/distribution experience, with a strong understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a warehouse area. You should also have excellent attendance records, ability to learn all distribution processes, and a positive contribution to a team environment.

What We Offer: As a Merchandise Coordinator at Chico's FAS, you can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
