Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and colleagues
- Collaborate with pharmacy teams to optimize patient care and improve health outcomes
- Develop and implement effective patient care programs to drive business growth and improve performance
- Lead by example, demonstrating our Heart at Work Behaviors and promoting a culture of empathy, compassion, and teamwork
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all aspects of pharmacy operations
- Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
