Registered Nurse - Pediatric Intensive Care
Job Summary:Cynet Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. As a Pediatric ICU Nurse, you will provide comprehensive care for patients admitted with a wide variety of medical and surgical problems.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric critical care
- Float to other units as needed to support staffing needs
- Participate in reassignment to other units if the primary unit no longer has a need during the assignment
- Minimum of two years of pediatric ICU experience required
- Current Registered Nurse license, valid in Wisconsin or compact license from permanent residence state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified through the American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified through the American Heart Association
- Basic Arrhythmia experience
- Two completed references from recent work environment/assignments (supervisor or manager only for work performed in the last two years)
