Job Title: Sales & Customer Service - Client Partner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Service - Client Partner to join our team at Renovation Brands. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately multi-tasking daily sales and customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

About the Role:

The Sales & Customer Service - Client Partner will report to the Inside Sales & Service Manager for our Baseboarders brand. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by highlighting product features and benefits, as well as recommending ways customers can best use our products in their renovation projects.
  • Ability to respond well under pressure and think outside of the box to help customers find solutions for project needs / unique requirements.
  • Remain knowledgeable of all products, services, and policies, with the ability to clearly communicate for customer's understanding of the information.
  • Accurate, time-sensitive entry and follow-up of quotations and orders.
  • Effective communication / follow-up with team members to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Ability to take full ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision required.
  • Be a self-motivated person striving to go the extra mile.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Four-year college degree or applicable experience is preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with industrial sales and customer service.
  • Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
  • NetSuite experience is a major plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and follow-up skills.
