Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform final walk-throughs with customers and secure signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction.
  • Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers and provide project updates.
  • Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers, ensuring all work performed complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in construction or a related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid, clean driving record and ability to successfully complete a background check.

Benefits: Competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $60,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits such as health, life, vision, and dental insurance.
