Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment in North Dakota. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

This is a 14-week assignment, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and a competitive pay package. The Physical Therapist will work in a skilled nursing facility, providing inpatient and outpatient therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Current North Dakota license or compact eligibility
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
