- Partner with operations leadership to guide the direction of our HR function and ensure effective talent management practices.
- Own the development of talent management strategies that enable the attainment and advancement of business strategy.
- Deploy strong economic thinking capabilities to drive business results and optimize organizational performance.
- Enable the attainment of business strategy and the advancement of business vision by working with and through others to effectively apply our management philosophy framework.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that enable attainment and advancement of business strategy, including the areas of talent, organizational change, organizational design, incentives, etc.
- Leverage and build preferred partnerships with our capabilities to achieve overall business objectives.
- Design, build, and enhance leadership teams and elevate leader performance.
- Apply Principles Based Management within a leadership role.
- Experience in a supervisory role where you have developed HR Teams and HR Professionals.
- Experience applying talent management processes (selection, performance management, talent planning, incentives, etc.) within an organization as a supervisor or HR partner.
- Experience developing and implementing strategies that enable the attainment and advancement of strategic business objectives.
- Experience influencing and coaching executive leaders and mid-level managers within a business environment.
- Labor relations experience (contract interpretation, grievances and negotiation).
- Large site responsibility in manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Prior experience influencing or leading in a matrixed, leveraged capability-based organization.
- Prior experience transforming organizations, teams, or capabilities.
- Experience with data analytics to execute on opportunities.
