Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Both Serve Safe and TABC certifications.
