We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in creating personalized treatment plans aimed at maximizing patient independence.

The Ideal Candidate
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy, with a Doctorate degree being preferred
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience/knowledge of EMR software
- Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and teamwork skills
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and growth within a supportive team environment
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Providing education and training to patients and their support systems
- Maintaining accurate records and data, adhering to departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Utilizing your expertise to promote patient independence and overall well-being

- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
- Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus
