As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting physical examinations, interpreting medical history, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and developing treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Assess patient health through thorough interviews and physical examinations, including obtaining and updating medical histories.
- Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
- Provide quality outpatient services by appointment, including ongoing health maintenance, health education, and disease prevention.
- Order and evaluate laboratory and x-ray studies as necessary.
- Complete Continuing Medical Education and maintain licensure in good standing.
- Maintain current prescriptive authority license, OBNDD, and DEA number.
- Assist in community health screening and disease prevention activities.
- Interact effectively with patients, families, and clinic team members to ensure excellent patient care.
- Current valid license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Oklahoma.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Dedication to providing high-quality patient care.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
