Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Complex Care Psychologist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a key member of our mental health team, you will provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for patients with eating disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing treatment plans that address the complex needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients with eating disorders.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment interventions, including individual, family, and group therapies.
  • Provide consultation and education to healthcare providers and patients on eating disorder treatment and management.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that address the complex needs of patients.
Requirements
  • Doctorate degree in psychology with completed clinical internship.
  • Minimum two years of experience in psychotherapy and psychological assessment.
  • Psychologist License (Colorado) and National Provider Identifier required at hire.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
